Terms & Conditions

1. The client shall have the right to increase or decrease the number of guards as per their requirements, but a minimum of 10 days prior notice is required to increase the number of guards.

2. The Client shall have the right to object to the performance of any particular armed and unarmed guards employed, in which case the Company will do its best to provide on-the-job training, disciplinary action, or a suitable replacement as soon as possible.

3. The Company will take necessary measures to administer Guard Leave and Reliever administration in close consultation with the Client.

4. The Customer shall pay the monthly service bill to the Company as per schedule and provide free accommodation to the security personnel. The company will ensure leave administration, pay wages to the security personnel, messing, uniform, medical (if required), etc.

5. The Client shall pay the Company by account payee cheque in favor of “Evarest Security Services Limited” by the 7th of next month.

6. The bill will be paid by the client to the security company counting the duty shifts not counting security personnel. This will inspire the security personnel to work overtime in case of a shortage of manpower.

7. The service charge will be increased by 07 % every year (annual) to cover the rate of inflation. However, the written service agreement shall be for three (03) years.

8. One-month prior notice shall be given to the Company if the Customer wishes to terminate the Service. Similarly, the company can also terminate the contract with the client giving 01 Month’ prior notice. If the customer wants to terminate the service without 01 month’s prior notice, then the customer will be penalized for 01 month’s service charge, which the ustomer will have to pay before breaking the contract. which will be counted as the pay-first system.

9. The client and the company will nominate their respective acquaintances to act on their behalf to coordinate routine matters as well as emergencies.

10. The Company shall ensure all liability for bodily injury or illness to guards engaged in the performance of their duties outside of the Client’s engagement.

11. The security personnel should immediately report any incident/accident etc. to the customer representative in the protected premises.

12. Upon receipt of information from the Client regarding any untoward incident/accident, the Company shall take necessary/expected action with the assistance of local law enforcement agencies.

13. In case of any major/minor accident (theft, robbery, fire, or any other kind) the client shall immediately inform the designated contact person of the company to take necessary action. In such cases, the Company shall arrange for a thorough investigation in the presence of the Customer’s representative with the assistance of the local police station if necessary and take legal action as per the report/recommendations of the investigation.

14. The security company will be liable to pay a fine equal to a maximum of one month’s salary in a year for any accident, big or small, due to the negligence of the security guard. But the security company will pay the liable money in 4 equal installments from the customer’s bill.

15. The client is required to provide a minimum preparation time of 15 days after signing the contract and prior to deployment.

16. The Client shall pay 1 (one) month advance to the Company as mobilization cost at the time of contract signing which shall be adjusted at the end of the contract (last month).

17. The company expects to provide a specific written job description (JD) for each responsible post/position for a clear understanding of the client’s expectations. The Client has no right to hire the Company’s security personnel for their personal work without the Company’s approval. Also, the client can’t use the Company’s security personnel after breaking the contract.

18. Two (02) Festival Bonuses will be paid by the Client to the Company every year (before Eid al Fitr and Eid ul Adha). Each of these festival bonuses shall amount to half of the gross salary payable.
